Gorilla Mode® AR (androgen receptor) is our L-Carnitine L-Tartrate formula that can be used for androgen receptor upregulation and fatty acid mobilization.

L-Carnitine supplementation is most advantageous for those with a deficiency.

One of the more recently elucidated mechanisms by which it works that bodybuilders find most compelling is its effect on androgen receptor density in the muscle.

Androgen Receptors are like tiny receivers in muscle cells that grab onto testosterone. Think of these receptors as little docking stations, and the more density and activity, the more testosterone-induced transcriptional activity can be realized.

The sought-after net effect is greater utility of whatever available free androgens are circulating (aka your testosterone goes further, or potentially other AAS if you’re enhanced).

Coupled with its effect on fatty acid mobilization, reports of growing leaner in a surplus or getting leaner easier in a deficit, are fairly common.

Given the low oral bioavailability of L-Carnitine it's important to note that the upper range of dosing should be considered in order to mimic the effects of an intramuscular injection. This will ensure you are getting the maximum effects and achieving the most results.
